What we collect
When you call, text, or use our booking form, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, city, service details, preferred times, and any photos you choose to send. Our call-tracking and website analytics may record calls (with the standard disclosure) and standard technical data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
To schedule and perform work, prepare quotes, pull permits, process rebate paperwork you ask us to handle, send appointment communications, and improve our service. Photos you send are used to prepare for your job — never for marketing without your explicit permission.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the business (scheduling, payments, call tracking, permit filings, rebate submissions) and where the law requires.
Text messaging
If you text us or opt into appointment texts, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out; that ends texts, not our willingness to answer the phone.
Data retention & your choices
We keep job records as required for licensing, warranty, and tax purposes. You can ask what we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of anything we're not legally required to keep — call or email and a human will handle it.
